These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 11kab platform, including the website at 11kab.com, any associated mobile applications, and all services, products, and features offered thereunder (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 11kab ("we", "us", "our", "the Company").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you ("User", "Player", "you") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence.

Use of the 11kab Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 11kab enforces a strict minimum age policy. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and automated accounts are not eligible to register.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 11kab or any affiliated responsible gaming body.
• You must not have a pre-existing account on the Platform that has been closed, suspended, or terminated for any breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

11kab reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and may result in forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending further review.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you have provided is accurate, complete, and up to date, and that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 11kab Platform at any time. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide truthful and accurate personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. This information is used for identity verification, payment processing, and account communications.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 11kab strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 11kab immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have promptly notified us of a security breach.
• Not allow any other person to use your account for any purpose.

All transactions on the 11kab Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 11kab does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of 11kab.

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the Platform:

• JazzCash — instant deposits; withdrawals processed within 10–30 minutes for verified accounts
• EasyPaisa — instant deposits; withdrawals processed within 10–30 minutes for verified accounts
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank — bank transfers; processing times may vary
• SadaPay — digital wallet deposits and withdrawals
• USDT TRC20 — cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals at prevailing PKR conversion rates

All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory identity verification. 11kab reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

11kab reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Any funds deposited through fraudulent means will be confiscated and the relevant authorities may be notified.

By placing a bet on the 11kab Platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you wager. 11kab does not guarantee any outcome and is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through participation in betting or casino activities on the Platform.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on 11kab:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where a specific cash-out feature is available and explicitly offered for that market.
• 11kab reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical faults, or where the integrity of an event is in question.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the decision of 11kab's trading team is final, subject to any formal complaints process outlined in our support documentation.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to connection stability. 11kab is not liable for bets placed during a connection interruption that results in an incorrect price being quoted.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed in the bet slip prior to confirmation.
• Minimum stake amounts are as displayed in the bet slip and vary by sport, event, and market type.

Sport-specific rules, including rules governing cricket betting, PSL markets, football accumulators, boxing fight result markets, and casino game rules, are published separately in the Platform's help and rules section. Those specific rules form part of this Agreement.

11kab offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and cashback offers denominated in PKR. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered. The following general bonus conditions apply across all 11kab promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household address, and per device. Abuse of bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in disqualification and account closure.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your 11kab wallet. Real money funds are used first in all wagering activity unless otherwise indicated.
• 11kab reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus that is subsequently modified will be subject to the terms as they were at the time of acceptance.
• Bets placed with bonus funds that are voided or cancelled for any reason will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in their individual terms. Unused bonus funds that expire will be forfeited automatically.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 11kab Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account with or without their consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software exploits, collusion, or any other form of cheating.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable anti-corruption legislation.
• Exploiting pricing errors, technical glitches, or obvious system faults to gain an unfair advantage — any profits resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the Platform in a way that facilitates money laundering, tax evasion, or any other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 11kab staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.

11kab employs real-time fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with Pakistani and international regulatory authorities. Any suspicious activity detected on an account will be investigated thoroughly before any withdrawal is processed.

11kab is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should remain an enjoyable recreational activity and never become a source of financial distress or personal harm. The following tools and protections are available to all registered 11kab players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR caps on the amount you deposit into your account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced instantly — increases require a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automated reminders that alert you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 11kab.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform including odds feeds, event data, or user interface elements.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any Platform software.
• Use the 11kab brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without explicit written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of 11kab intellectual property may result in immediate account closure and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 11kab, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from bets, wagers, or casino game outcomes.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or downtime affecting the Platform during live events.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.
• Any reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 11kab makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

11kab reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request relating to the account.
• Prolonged account inactivity as defined in our account dormancy policy.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 11kab support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your verified payment method after standard identity verification checks are completed. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure unless they have been fully converted to withdrawable real-money funds through completion of applicable wagering requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 11kab holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with 11kab through our internal complaints process. To raise a formal complaint, contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. 11kab will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive resolution within 14 business days.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws applicable in your country of residence.

11kab reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the email address on file and display a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. All prior versions of these Terms are superseded entirely by the current published version.
